Rise from the ashes, stronger, fitter and healthier.

Phoenix Physique is all about creating a better version of you. We will help you create a better quality of life by pushing you harder and making you accountable for the results you are worthy of.

Phoenix Physique was created around the ancient mythology of the Phoenix Firebird. The firebird symbolises rebirth and youthfulness. Phoenix Physique represents the nest the firebird builds before being ignited and consumed in flames. From the ashes rises a fresh, new, younger version of you.

Phoenix Physique believes that by being physically stronger, you will be mentally stronger and will have the ability to achieve great things. Strength training not only gives you greater muscular strength, improved muscle tone and appearance, increased endurance and enhanced bone density. It makes you feel more confident, powerful, gives you focus and the ability to achieve what you thought was impossible.

At Phoenix Physique we provide you with the guidance you need, putting you on the road to achieve your goals. We train beginners to elite athletes, with all programmes tailored to individual needs.

We believe that once you are comfortable with being uncomfortable, great things will happen.
