Personal Training is one-on-one individual focused training. It can also be performed in groups of up to three or four people.
30 Minute Sessions
30 minute sessions can be a great starting point to introduce and experience personal training. A selection of resistance and cardiovascular exercises are often used generally in a higher intensity style of workout. With a limited timeframe these sessions are generally geared towards maximising energy expenditure which is ideal for losing weight. Individuals are encouraged to arrive early and warm-up as necessary to ensure you maximise your time. 30 minute sessions are not encouraged if you have existing injuries that may limit performance.
45 Minute Sessions
These are the most common session performed at our studio. 45 minutes will allow our trainers to put you through a complete, tailored, structured session. Whether it is muscle gain, weight loss, increasing strength or shaping the body, our experienced team will guide you towards your fitness goals.
60 Minute Sessions
These sessions are commonly performed by the advanced exerciser with sports specific goals.

This high intensity, high impact class is perfect for the individual looking to take their health and fitness to the next level. The class combines the use of kettlebells, sandbags, sledgehammers, tyres and other forms of RAW equipment in a 45 minute whole body workout. Every Monday night 6.30pm to 7.15pm.
Our boxing classes cater to all fitness levels. We focus on basic boxing technique integrated with high intensity, whole body exercises. Our classes are based around focus mitt work. All equipment is provided, including gloves. Every Saturday morning 8.30am to 9.15am.
Phoenix RAW Training Camp (RTC)
Phoenix Physique’s RAW Training Camp. The camp runs over 6 weeks and is designed to take you to the next level with your training using a combination of challenging cardiovascular and resistance-based exercises resulting in the ultimate full body work out. You can choose from eight training sessions a week (or do them all!) where you will get the opportunity to experience a variety of training modalities including our unique RAW style training, boxing and running.
